Rachel is currently studying international relations at the University of Rwanda/CASS. 

 

As the country coordinator for the Global Institute for Youth, Rachel organizes initiatives on campus. 

 

The Global Institute for Youth is a non governmental organisation inspiring young people to make a difference.our responsibility is to positively impact the present and the future of our communities.we also advocat for youth to be included in their country's  decision making as we know they have aspirational and innovative thoughts.

Dieudonné is involved with several projects. In addition to the projects listed above, he also works in partnership with HORIWACU LTD., an organization involved with music production, documentaries, and other media. He is a founder of NIBOYE INITIATIVE COOPERATIVE, an agricultural project in Kicukiro district, Kigali, he co-founded the Cooperative des Artistes de Nyamirambo (C.A.N), which promotes talent. He also works with Nyamirambo Street Children through Mission Rwanda, and many other collaborative initiatives and projects both locally and internationally.

Cyasha Ninsiima Innocent is one of Rwanda’s most influential young people. Through his debating and public speaking initiatives; Ninsiima has worked with over five million young people across the African continent and around the world. He has represented Rwanda in different debating competitions around the world, winning a number of honours. In 2011, he was appointed Rwanda's Youth Representative to the Commonwealth serving two mandates. After his tenure, he and two other friends started a Youth Think Tank: the Agaciro Generation Support Initiative. 

 

Agaciro Generation Support Initiative is a Community based Social Enterprise that was founded to inspire Youth with a range of diversity with a commitment to transform Africa through innovative ideas in social entrepreneurship and leadership. At T.A.G.S.I,we are a Youth Think Tank that transforms the lives of young people and communities through unlocking the potential of today's generation. We know every citizen can achieve and we just help people realize this. The Agaciro Generation Support Initiative is by young people and for young people. Founded in 2014, our high-quality work is based on over a decade of experience and success right across the world. Our fast growing reputation has led us to working with over 20 million young people.

 

Our unique ideas work by building personal and social skills, igniting a positive mental attitude, enabling ambition and offering practical platforms for young people to take action, we know we can have more empowered, successful, positive and high achieving young people.

T.A.G.S.I’s approach is based on our own model of values-based leadership which is underpinned by our core values of home grown solutions to our challenges,Community Empowerment, Mutual Respect, Patriotism, Service above self and grassroots Experience.

We invest in individuals and their potential. Our work is interactive, creative,action-focused and driven by experiential learning.

 

Ninsiima Innocent is also a member of several international networks such as Youth4Results; African Community of Practice,Youth network of the United Nations (ROJALNU) and Leo Africa.

Ninsiima is an active writer. He initiated the Teen Times in the New times Rwanda; he is a blogger; Motivational Speaker and very active on social media. In 2012; He partnered with Will Jones of Oxford Press to publish a Debate Manual Book for Rwanda.
